GenHMR (Generative Human Mesh Recovery) is an AI tool that analyzes videos to detect and generate 3D poses and models of people. It works in two stages: first, it creates multiple possible 3D poses and selects the most likely one, and second, it refines the pose to better match the original video.

2. No Guarantees

While GenHMR is highly accurate in many scenarios, it has some limitations, such as misaligned poses in complex movements or wide-angle shots. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the 3D poses and models generated by our AI.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the video input they provide and the resulting 3D models generated. GenHMR AI cannot be held liable for any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content created through our service.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Users retain rights to the specific 3D models they generate using our service, provided their input does not infringe on existing copyrights.
b. GenHMR AI retains all rights to our underlying AI technology, including the pose tokenizer and image-conditioned masked transformer.
c. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any videos they input into our system.

While we implement content moderation measures, they are not foolproof. Users agree not to use our service to create 3D models or poses that are illegal, harmful, or violate our terms of service.
